Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email and include a photo of the damaged item.
After verification, we will send a replacement free of charge as quickly as possible.
