These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of our creations. By visiting our online space or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

2. Our Creations

Each Incartato Ceramics piece is conceived as a singular object, shaped by hand and defined by intentional irregularities. Subtle variations in form, tone, and finish are intrinsic to the nature of our work and contribute to its uniqueness.

We reserve the right to evolve, modify, or discontinue any piece at our discretion, without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with European legislation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and presented transparently before purchase.

We accept secure payments via selected providers. By completing your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Orders

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Acceptance of the order is confirmed only once the item has been dispatched.

Incartato Ceramics reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of unavailability, inaccuracies, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping

Orders are prepared with the utmost care and entrusted to selected carriers.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Incartato Ceramics cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including customs procedures or logistical disruptions.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the specified period. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or personalized pieces, created specifically at the customer’s request.

8. Returns and Damages

Should your order arrive damaged or not in conformity, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic documentation.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of this website—including texts, images, objects, and visual language—are the exclusive property of Incartato Ceramics and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incartato Ceramics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable European law.
