Sexy Timeless Objects
Dreamed by hand
Incartato Ceramics is an Italian brand of handmade ceramics for collection and for the table, rooted in tradition and reimagined through a contemporary, bold and deeply expressive language. Founded in 2020 by designer and craftsman Michele Carta, the brand was born with the intention of giving life to provocative, sexy, timeless objects, pieces that go beyond function to become presence.
From the beginning, Incartato has explored the relationship between body, form, and desire. The first creations were unique ceramic vases shaped like human bodies, portraits captured in sensual poses, drawing inspiration from the emotional intensity of Romanticism and enriched with luminous, Baroque-inspired glazes. These early works established a visual language where artistic ceramics, collectible design, and Italian craftsmanship converge.
At the core of Incartato Ceramics lies a strong conceptual approach. Clay becomes a narrative surface, and writing on ceramics is not decorative, but an intentional and philosophical act, where each object disrupt its neutrality, opening multiple layers of meaning. This dialogue between language and matter, between text and form, transforms each piece into a space where irony, sensuality, and perception continuously interact.
Incartato Ceramics stands at the intersection of modern Italian ceramics, collectible objects, and artistic tableware. Each creation is designed to attract, unsettle, and seduce, inviting not just use, but interpretation.
The manufacturing of our creations is entrusted to master artisans. Production is divided between Sesto Fiorentino and Faenza, two of the most renowned centers of Italian ceramic tradition, ensuring that every piece embodies a balance between heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary vision.
